Understanding your invoices
Where to find, view, and download invoices for your Hostcari services.
Hostcari sends invoices for your hosting, email, and other services. You can view all your billing history inside the portal.
Finding your invoices
- Log in to your portal at portal.hostcari.com.
- Open the Billing section from the sidebar.
- All invoices from Hostcari are listed with their current status.
- Click any invoice to view the full details.
- Download or print it using the button on the invoice page.
Invoice statuses
- Paid — payment has been received.
- Pending — the invoice has been sent and is awaiting payment.
- Overdue — the due date has passed without payment.
Questions about a charge
If you have a question about a specific charge, open a billing support ticket from the Support section of your portal or from hostcari.com/support.
