Connect a domain to your website
After hosting is set up, how to make your domain load the correct website.
Once your hosting is active and your website files are in place, your domain needs to point to the correct server so visitors see the right site.
Steps
- Make sure your domain is added inside your hosting control panel (look for Addon Domains or Domains).
- Point the domain to your server using nameservers or an A record at your registrar.
- Wait for DNS propagation to complete.
- Test the site by entering the domain in a browser.
If the site still does not load
- Confirm DNS has propagated using a tool like whatsmydns.net.
- Check that the domain is correctly added inside the hosting panel.
- Make sure website files are in the correct folder (usually public_html).
- Open a support ticket if the issue persists.
