Client login and portal access
How your clients access their own portal view to see invoices and download files you have shared with them.
Each client you add in Hostcari gets their own private portal link. They do not need an account — they access it through a secure, unique URL tied to their record.
How client access works
- When you create a client, a unique portal token is generated for them.
- Share the portal link with your client via email or message.
- From their portal, clients can view and download invoices you have sent them.
- Clients can also download files you have uploaded and shared with them.
- Clients cannot see any information about other clients.
Finding the portal link
- Open Business → Clients.
- Select a client to open their profile.
- Copy the client portal link and share it directly with them.
