Reset your email password
How to change or reset your Carimail mailbox password and update it on your devices.
If you need to change your business email password, you can do it from the hosting control panel linked inside your Hostcari portal.
Steps to reset
- Log in to your portal at portal.hostcari.com.
- Open the Hosting section and access the control panel.
- Open Email Accounts and find the mailbox you want to update.
- Click Manage or Change Password.
- Set a new strong password and save.
- Update the password on all devices and apps that use this mailbox.
After resetting
- You may need to re-enter your password on your phone, computer, and any connected apps.
- If your email app stops syncing, remove and re-add the account with the new password.
