Managing your hosting
How to access and use your hosting control panel from the Hostcari portal.
Your Hostcari portal provides access to your hosting control panel, where you can manage files, email accounts, databases, SSL, and other hosting settings.
Accessing your hosting
- Log in to your portal at portal.hostcari.com.
- Open the Hosting section from the sidebar.
- Select the hosting plan you want to manage.
- Click the control panel button to open your hosting tools.
What you can manage
- File manager — upload and edit website files.
- Email accounts — create and manage Carimail mailboxes.
- DNS records — update A, CNAME, MX, and other records.
- SSL certificates — install or renew your HTTPS certificate.
- Databases — create and manage MySQL or MariaDB databases.
- Backups — download or restore site backups.
If you cannot access hosting tools
- Make sure your hosting service is active in the portal.
- Check that your domain is pointing to the correct server.
- Clear your browser cache and try again.
- Contact support if the control panel does not load.
