Uploading files for clients
How to upload files and share them securely with specific clients through the Hostcari portal.
The file storage feature lets you upload documents, images, contracts, or any files and share them directly with individual clients. Files are stored securely and only the linked client can access them.
Uploading a file
- Open Business → Files from your portal sidebar.
- Click Upload file and select the file from your device.
- Choose which client the file is for.
- The file is uploaded and linked to that client.
How clients access files
- Clients open their unique portal link.
- They see a Files section with all documents shared with them.
- Files can be downloaded directly from their portal view.
- Files are not publicly accessible — only the linked client can download them.
