We offer four plans: Hosting Only ($150/yr - 1 website + 1 portal user), Launch ($348/yr - 1 website + 5 mailboxes + 2 portal users), Growth ($828/yr - up to 3 websites + 20 mailboxes + 5 portal users), and Scale ($1,548/yr - up to 10 websites + 50 mailboxes + 10 portal users). All plans include hosting, SSL, DNS, file access, and the client portal.

The client portal is your central dashboard at portal.hostcari.com. From there you can manage your hosting account, email, DNS records, files, databases, billing, invoices, support tickets, and invited team users - all in one place through Hostcari.

Carimail is Hostcari's webmail client — a clean, fast interface for reading and managing your business email. It's accessible from your client portal and is included on Launch, Growth, and Scale plans.

Launch, Growth, and Scale plans include business mailboxes (e.g. you@yourdomain.com) accessible via Carimail. The Hosting Only plan does not include mailboxes, but you can add extra seats for $4/month each.

Yes. Website builds are an optional one-time setup fee: Starter Build ($300), Business Build ($700), or Premium Build ($1,250). Each build auto-assigns you the matching subscription plan (Launch, Growth, or Scale).

No — we don't sell domains directly. You register your domain with any registrar and we'll help you connect it to your Hostcari hosting. You always own your domain.

All plans are billed annually upfront. The monthly price shown is for reference — you pay one annual amount. PayPal is available worldwide. Bank transfer is available by request. Card billing via Stripe is coming soon.
