No. The Business Tools plan is tools-only — invoicing, client CRM, quotes, online booking, expenses, reports, and getting paid — with no hosting required, so you keep the website you already have. The hosting plans (Get Online, Run & Grow, Manage Multiple Sites) add managed hosting, SSL, DNS, business email, and file/database access on top of the same portal. You can start on Business and add hosting later.
Managed website means Hostcari helps manage the hosting layer around your site, including SSL, DNS, backups, file/database access, portal tools, and support. Custom development, redesigns, major content changes, and advanced fixes may be quoted separately.
Yes. Extra business mailboxes are $4/month each on any plan that includes mailboxes (the tools-only Business plan doesn't include hosting or mailboxes). Portal user seats are included by plan: 2 on Business, 2 on Launch, 5 on Growth, and 10 on Scale.
Yes, on request. If you don't have a site — or want a new one — we'll build it and onboard everything into your portal. It's a one-time project we scope with you; reach out and we'll sort it. It's never required to use Hostcari, though: most people bring the website they already have, or don't need one to run the business tools.
Yes. Contact us and we'll adjust your plan. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next renewal.
PayPal is available for international clients. Bank transfer is available by request for Barbados and Caribbean clients. Cash payment is Barbados only. Card billing via Stripe is coming soon.
