Cancellation — Cancel anytime via the portal or by email. Service remains active through the paid term.
Refunds — Reviewed case by case. Activated hosting, email services, third-party fees, and completed work are generally non-refundable.
Taxes — All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable local taxes (VAT, GST, or similar). No tax is added at checkout. Tax obligations vary by your location and local law.
EU / UK consumers — Right of withdrawal: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By proceeding, you acknowledge that delivery of digital services begins immediately upon payment confirmation. In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is waived once the service has commenced.
Payment fees — Your bank, PayPal, or card issuer may apply currency conversion or processing fees. These are not charged by Hostcari.
